What we rent and serve
A standard unit holds 60 to 70 gallons. It stands 92 inches tall and sits about 44 by 48 inches on the ground, which matters when you're placing it on a tight site in Miami Beach or a Brownsville jobsite 6.4 miles west. We stock standard porta potties, deluxe flushable models, ADA accessible units that meet ADA Standards section 213.2 (at least 5 percent of clustered units accessible, never fewer than one), and restroom trailers that go up to 8 stalls. For sites where employees are engaged in applying paints, coatings, herbicides or insecticides, we provide handwashing station rentals that comply with OSHA 1926.51(f)(1) and include soap and towels. OSHA 1926.51(c) requires one toilet facility for 20 workers or fewer; one toilet seat and one urinal per 40 workers from 20 up; and one toilet seat and one urinal per 50 workers at 200 or more. We handle grease interceptor pumping when fats, oils, grease and solids reach 25 percent of the liquid depth. We also rent storage containers, temporary fencing and holding tanks. How we work with you
Call us and describe your job. We'll quote you same-day on porta potty rental cost, dumpster rental cost or septic pumping service. If you're renting for an event in Miami Beach or doing home renovation, we'll send you equipment cleaned and full. We deliver to Miami Shores, 6.8 miles northwest, North Bay Village 7.2 miles north and Fisher Island 8.8 miles south. You tell us when you need it and we confirm the date before you hang up. Cancellations made 48 hours before your rental start date have no penalty. We charge for use, not for the phone call.
How much does a porta potty cost per day?
Daily rentals run from about $100 to $350 depending on unit type. A standard model costs less than a deluxe or ADA unit. Call for a quote on the exact model you need and the duration of your rental.
Can I rent for just one day?
Yes. Daily rentals start at a delivery fee plus the daily rate. Some events and small jobs move faster with a weekend rate instead. We'll give you both numbers and you pick the one that works.
What happens if my septic tank backs up on Sunday?
Emergency septic service is available. Call and describe what's happening. We'll tell you if it's pumpable today or if you need a plumber first. Emergency service pricing is higher than scheduled pumping but faster than waiting.
Do I need a permit for a dumpster in Miami Beach?
Dumpster placement in the public right of way needs confirming with the city. We recommend calling the city directly before ordering to confirm whether your jobsite requires a permit. We'll help you position the container once you have approval.
Why should I use Miami Beach Porta Pros instead of the big national chains?
